For those of you who didn't know/haven't heard/refuse to believe, I am moving out to Washington in February '10. Moving out there with lovely sister, who has agreed to put up with my crazy ass for an unknown amount of time. Because it will get me out of Saginaw. I'm moving out there because I can go to school, and get a better job, in a waaaaay better economy, and my job here will never be more than a dead-end, minimum wage hellhole. Among other reasons, which shall remain undiscussed. I am sooooo very very excited. We're thinking around mid-feb, after I get my taxes done (which usually happens pretty early), ASSUMING I can get my car fixed.

Which brings us to the current 'topic that bends my mother-fucking crank'!!

So I was driving along last wednesday night, and I was in the turn lane on Hemmeter, about to turn onto Brockway. Well I glanced into my rear-view mirror, and noticed a car coming at me a liiittle faster than it should have been. Then it didn't stop. What basically went through my head in a second was 'heyacarwowitsnotstoppingohshit' SMASH into my rear bumper. It's all caved in to the right of my license plate, my trunks frame is knocked out of whack, and my bumper is dragging against my tires. So the car is still drivable, but it's not advisable.

BUT WAIT!! I forgot the best part!! He drove away. Yes that's right folks, I was involved in a hit and run. So I was totally and completely depressed about my car on thursday. it looks really bad, and every time I pull into the driveway, I die a little bit on the inside.

BUT the detective from the stolen vehicles department called me today. He said that there was a car found in the general area of the accident on thursday night. Turns out this car had been stolen from the Red Horse wednesday night, just a few minutes before the accident. It was a black 4-door sedan (which is what hit me), with damage on it's front end that is similar to the damage that would be on the car that hit me. He told me to look up a pic of such and such car, and get back to him. So I looked it up. Oh yea, that was the car that hit me. I am about 95% sure. So I called him back and left him a message, and hopefully he gets back to me today. Because I REALLY need my car back. For cross country road trips, which brings us, full circle, back to my original topic. Which I am not going to expound on. I am going to bed, because I worked last night, and haven't been to bed yet.
